What is curcumin and where is it found?

Curcumin, also known as diferuloylmethane, is a natural polyphenol compound found mainly in the root part of the turmeric plant (Curcuma longa). In addition, this compound is also found in some other roots of the ginger family, but the content is not as high as that.


Curcumin is one of the three main curcuminoids in turmeric.
 Curcuminoids are the main compounds that make turmeric yellow. Curcumin has a deep bright color and is often used to color foods as an additive.

+ Pieces of ginger and honey must be uniformly blended from top to bottom without separation.

How to use

· Mix 2-3 tablespoons (20g-25g) with 180ml of warm water to drink before breakfast , dinner and bedtime. It is good for people having stomachache.

· Children use 1/2 of adults

· Preserve in a cool dry place, closed tightly, away from direct sunlight.
