Honey

Honey is composed of simple sugar (Glucose) that are easily absorbed through the intestines into the bloodstream, and Fructose is absorbed through the intestine. In addition, honey is a treasure trove of minerals and vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, and organic substances that are good for health. Helps protect health, makes skin youthful, smooth, prevents cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure, inhibits bacterial growth, reduces sudden spikes in blood sugar, maintains balance of alkaline concentration in the body, promote development in children and fight against malnutrition, weakness, fatigue, liver tonic.

Royal jelly

How to use

· • Take 2-3 tablespoons (20g-25g) mixed with 180ml of warm water to drink in the morning before eating and at night before bedtime.

Preservation

· Locate in a cool dry place closed tightly, away from direct sunlight.

Note

· When mixed honey with water, don’t mix with too hot water, the best temperature is about 35° C to 40° C.

· Do not use honey for children under 1 year old.

Caution

· People with a history of allergy to royal jelly should not use it.
