Tam Dao special honey is extracted from the flowers of Tam Dao forest, completely pure, delicious, nutritious and good for health. Products are preserved, processed, packaged and marketed according to the international standard ISO 22000: 2005

How to use honey

· Drink 2 times a day, each time take 2-3 teaspoons (20 -25g) mixed with of warm water to drink before breakfast and bedtime.

· Use with tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

 

· Reducing symptoms of burning, coughing caused by cold viruses: Mix warm water with lemon and honey or steam honey with kumquats.

· Provides energy for the body: When feeling tired and weak, drink one to two teaspoons of honey for energy because the sugar fructose and glucose are easily absorbed into the bloodstream.

· Good for digestion, supporting treatment of stomach and duodenal pain: Honey is combined with turmeric, cinnamon.

· Healing: Apply honey to the cut skin to help protect the cuts clean, the abrasions from infection, and heal the wound effectively.

Preservation

· Locate in a cool dry place closed tightly, away from direct sunlight.

Note

· When mixed honey with water, don’t mix with too hot water, the best temperature is about 35° C to 40° C.

· Do not use honey for children under 1 year old.
